BUILD, DESIGN, OPERATE (BDO)
The Hospital Design Build Operate concept refers to long-termed, performance based concept between a client and K HealthCare Group in which K HealthCare Group is responsible for designing, building and operating the facility such as a hospital or a healthcare facility, meeting performance standards, replacing assets over the facility’s life cycle, or the majority of it, and handing the facility back to the client at the end of the contract.
